Manage at least 10 client websites: regular updates, backups, and performance checks.

Handle plugin/theme updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
Manage hosting, servers, SSL, staging environments, and website migrations.
Ensure site security, optimisation, and mobile responsiveness.
Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding their websites.
Communicate updates, gather requirements, and ensure tasks are delivered on time.
Coordinate with internal team members and ensure client expectations are met.
Document changes, maintain reports, and keep clear records of work done.
Ensure smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.
1–3 years hands-on WordPress development experience.
Strong knowledge of Elementor/Bricks, plugins, themes, and website migrations.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP basics, and website performance optimisation.
Experience with server/hosting management (cPanel, DNS, SSL).
Excellent communication skills to manage client accounts and provide updates.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be Tamil Nadu–based and willing to work UK standard hours.
2–3 live WordPress sites you have worked on (with your role explained).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a basic theoretical knowledge of digital marketing who wants to learn directly from co-founders and gain real client-facing experience. You will act as the bridge between clients, partner agencies, and our leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination, reviewing deliverables, and supporting ongoing projects across SEO, social media, LinkedIn, and creative services.
This is not a hands-on execution role (our partner agencies handle SEO, content, and ads), but you should understand digital marketing concepts enough to manage workflows, review deliverables, and communicate confidently.
Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients; manage calls, emails, and requests.
Review outputs from partner agencies (SEO, Social Media, LinkedIn, Creative) and assess if they are suitable for client needs.
Communicate client requirements, credentials, or queries back to the appropriate agency.
Report progress, insights, and challenges directly to the leadership team (co-founders).
Monitor campaigns/projects to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client strategies.
Learn and adapt quickly to UK/Ireland client expectations and market standards.
Freshers or 0–6 months experience in digital marketing/account management.
Basic theoretical knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, LinkedIn, campaigns).
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
Good organisational and follow-up skills are essential
